Sessions are $150 per session. 

We are credentialed with the following insurance companies:

Aetna, BCBS (Anthem), Optum (UHC, Oxford, UMR, and all affiliated) 

We also accept out-of-network benefits 

We do offer a sliding scale for a limited amount of sessions if the space is available

We provide SAP evaluations and comprehensive assessments. Costs for services vary. Please book a consultation to inquire 

CHS is primarily teletherapy but In-person services and walk-and-talk therapy are offered with limited availability
